You will be responsible for maintaining the organization's online presence through the implementation of various marketing campaigns, collaborating with professionals, and creating impactful content. Your role will involve planning and executing digital marketing strategies, including marketing database management, SEO/SEM, social media engagement, display advertising campaigns, and email marketing. Additionally, you will be required to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies based on insights. Furthermore, you will need to develop creative growth strategies, collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and create effective landing pages, as well as work closely with vendor partners and agencies. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in evaluating customer touchpoints and improving end-to-end customer experiences. You will also be expected to stay updated on emerging technologies and provide leadership insights when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a BS or MS degree in digital marketing or a related field, along with proven work experience in digital marketing. Experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, social media, marketing database, or display advertising campaigns, as well as optimizing user funnels and landing pages, will be advantageous. Familiarity with tools like DART and Atlas is preferred, along with a data-driven approach and excellent analytical abilities. While skills in website auditing and organic/inorganic SMO are desirable, they are not mandatory. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata, with a requirement for the candidate to work from the office. The minimum qualification is a graduate degree, and there are no restrictions based on age for the right candidate. The role offers a minimum 10% instant hike and above, with morning, day, and evening shifts available. Immediate joining is required, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements, and the workweek consists of 6 days with an alternative Saturday off.,
