Job Description

Overview
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience is a must.
  • Experience in Project Management for Website Operations (development, changes, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (as a secondary tool).
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Workfront preferred).
  • Experience with B2B and international projects.
  • Resource allocation experience (e.g., Email Marketing team).
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM & GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and intake incoming projects and campaign requests; consult with Digital teams to convert projects, ensure all assets are available, prioritize work, assign resources, schedule kick-off calls, and apply appropriate SLAs to client requests.
  • Manage workflow and schedule of requests from intake to release while keeping all parties informed of status; escalate conflicts and risks, follow up on missing assets, and ensure proper project closure.
  • Enforce adherence to procedures and guidelines for workflow processes and deadlines to ensure a standardized approach and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Digital team leadership to maintain project management guidelines, best practices, and process documentation, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Help avoid delays in client feedback by utilizing effective reminder tactics and proactively escalating issues that jeopardize timelines or require additional information.
  • Maintain strong working relationships (internally and client-facing) to ensure open communication regarding project or campaign priorities, requirements, and status.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience with job tracking software or project management systems, with Workfront as the preferred technology.
  • Provide prior traffic or project management experience handling multiple website projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in a marketing or agency setting, with a solid understanding of integrated campaigns and digital projects.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in insurance, finance industry, or benefits consulting.
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Workfront preferred).
  • Experience crafting and managing detailed work plans based on outlined scope and objectives.
