Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Marketing Project Coordinator Intern to assist in managing and overseeing digital marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery. The role involves coordinating between marketing, creative, and technical teams while tracking project progress across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Backlink QC Checking: Monitor and ensure the quality, relevance, and accuracy of backlinks created as part of off-page SEO activities.
• Quarterly Campaign Planning: Assist in preparing and scheduling quarterly digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media channels.
• SMM Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media content calendars (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) using scheduling tools.
• Daily Task Monitoring: Track and review the day-to-day progress of digital marketing activities, ensuring timelines are met and tasks are completed as planned.
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation — briefs, reports, trackers, and updates.
• Track campaign KPIs and prepare analytical reports on performance.
• Support content and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Assist in research, competitor analysis, and performance optimization.
• Maintain and update digital marketing dashboards and trackers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, or similar project tools.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking is an advantage.
