Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, website traffic, and sales. This includes social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, content creation, influencer management and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online brand visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign planning aligned with brand goals.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads for promotion).
  • Manage website updates, product uploads, and content optimization.

Content & Creative

  • Work with graphic & product photography teams to create engaging visual content.
  • Write captions, blogs, product descriptions and promotional content.
  • Develop reels, stories, videos & trend-based content for fashion audience.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze customer behavior and competitor strategies for improvements.

Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Collaborate with influencers / fashion bloggers for brand promotion.
  • Manage PR activities and brand collaborations.

E-commerce & Lead Generation

  • Increase website traffic, conversions and customer engagement.
  • Manage leads generated via WhatsApp, Instagram & website inquiries.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
  • Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta / Google).
  • Good understanding of SEO, content marketing & brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Good design sense & familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or IT/Business-related field.
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing (fashion industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C brand handling.
