Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in client servicing and account management. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and the enthusiasm to learn in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns.
• Maintain client reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of client requirements.
• Support senior account managers with day-to-day account activities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
