Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive quality traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to improve domain authority.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) for social media channels.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns to amplify reach and conversions. Work with creative teams to develop visually compelling and brand-consistent social media assets.

What skills and experience are we looking for

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SMO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
  • Experience with paid search campaigns (PPC) and Google Ads. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
