Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with SSPU’s vision and goals.
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Drive website traffic, lead generation, and student admissions through SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with academic departments and leadership to create impactful digital content (blogs, case studies, videos, etc.).
• Plan, monitor, and analyse the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Manage paid media budgets and optimize ROI.
• Lead social media content planning and community engagement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, introducing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with creative and technical teams (designers, video editors, web developers) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on digital performance for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Mailchimp, etc.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
