• Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Description:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Manage digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and real estate listing platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead conversions.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, blogs, and newsletters.
• Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.
• Track industry trends, competitors’ digital activities, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative.
• Manage digital budgets and report on performance metrics
• Handle vendor relationships, including agencies, media partners, and digital tools providers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Experience with lead generation and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
