Job Summary:

Sirpi Aesthetics is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is creative, strategic, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of our digital presence – from planning campaigns to running ads, managing content, and building a consistent online brand identity. Experience in healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic domains is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plans tailored for cosmetic/aesthetic services.
• Identify seasonal opportunities (festivals, events, trends) and align campaigns accordingly.
• Plan promotional offers, patient engagement campaigns, and local outreach strategies. Social Media Management:
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn with a consistent content calendar.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer/video editor for visual content.
• Analyze social media performance and optimize for reach and engagement.

Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads):

• Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
• Optimize ad performance for cost-effective lead generation.
• Track ROI and maintain ad budgets.

Content & SEO:

• Write or oversee blog articles, website content, service pages, and ad copy.
• Ensure SEO optimization for all web content.
• Manage and update content on the website regularly (via CMS like WordPress).

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Search Console to monitor performance.
• Prepare monthly reports on lead generation, engagement, reach, and conversions.

Collaboration & Branding:

• Coordinate with the founder and doctors to align marketing with clinic goals.
• Maintain brand tone, aesthetic, and voice in all digital touchpoints.
• Manage online reputation and patient reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
• Proficient in:
• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• SEO tools (Ubersuggest, Semrush, or similar)
• Canva/Adobe Suite (basic)
• WordPress or similar CMS
• Google Analytics, Google My Business, Search Console
• Strong command of English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

Work Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(Sundays or extended hours based on campaign needs or events – compensated)

Salary:

Competitive – Based on experience and skillset.
Incentives available for performance in leads, conversions, and account growth.
