Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Wednesday
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience & performance)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team and drive impactful digital campaigns that resonate with our audience and fuel our business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, strategize, and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize campaigns in real-time to ensure maximum ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and algorithm changes to keep strategies sharp and competitive.
• Manage ad budgets smartly to maximize leads/sales with measurable results.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role, especially in fashion/e-commerce (bridal experience is a big plus).
• Deep understanding of paid media channels, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for A/B testing and performance analytics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
