As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team and drive impactful digital campaigns that resonate with our audience and fuel our business growth. What You'll Do: Plan, strategize, and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Optimize campaigns in real-time to ensure maximum ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and algorithm changes to keep strategies sharp and competitive. Manage ad budgets smartly to maximize leads/sales with measurable results. Who You Are: Proven experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role, especially in fashion/e-commerce (bridal experience is a big plus). Deep understanding of paid media channels, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing strategies. Data-driven mindset with a passion for A/B testing and performance analytics. Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
