Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Digital Marketing Manager - Performance. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results. Responsibilities include managing lead generation strategies, analyzing web and campaign performance through analytics, and implementing social media marketing initiatives. The manager will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to drive growth
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to capture and engage target audiences
• Proficient in Web Analytics to evaluate and improve campaign performance
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-channel paid and organic marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with advertising platforms, budgeting, and performance reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the health and fitness or wellness industry is a plus
