Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Performance, located in Gurugram. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, generating leads, analyzing web and campaign performance using analytics tools, and optimizing social media marketing activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, including campaign creation and management
• Expertise in Lead Generation and developing strategies to attract potential customers
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and practices
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are an advantage
