Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Digital Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing. The role involves creating and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics, optimizing digital marketing strategies, managing lead generation initiatives, and enhancing the brand’s presence on various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring measurable results through data-driven marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and performance marketing strategies
• Skills in Social Media Marketing and creating effective campaigns across platforms
• Experience in Lead Generation and maximizing conversions
• Expertise in Marketing and Web Analytics to analyze and optimize campaigns
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software is a plus
