Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can drive online growth, manage client relationships, and lead a talented team of digital marketers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategize and manage high-performing Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns.
2.Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver measurable results.
3.Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to execute successful campaigns.
4.Analyze data and optimize performance to meet KPIs.
5.Report progress to stakeholders with actionable insights.
✅ Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
2.Strong expertise in PPC/paid ads and campaign management.
3.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4.Experience in handling multiple clients and working in a fast-paced agency environment.
5.Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Mohali.
