About the Role

The Digital Marke ting OperationsAssociate will play a crucial role in supporting the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This position ensures data accuracy, seamless reporting, proper asset management, and compliance across marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at managing operational workflows for a global digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Operations

  • Pull, consolidate, and QA recurring and ad hoc performance reports across marketing platforms (e.g., weekly leadership reports, monthly SEMrush reports).
  • Validate campaign data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with analytics and media teams.
  • Support the global paid media reporting lead in day-to-day reporting tasks.

Platform Support & Execution

  • Manage the upload of media assets such as YouTube videos following internal processes.
  • Execute first-party audience list uploads (Google Ads, Meta, DV360) ensuring compliance with governance and privacy standards.

Collaboration & Workflow Support

  • Partner with channel leads (SEM, Display, Social) for timely operational execution.
  • Collaborate with analytics, tech, and data privacy teams to maintain compliant integrations.
  • Assist with process improvements and automation of recurring tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Platform Expertise

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing operations, analytics, or reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, YouTube.
  • Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SEMrush.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs; macros a plus).
  • Familiarity with workflow/automation tools (e.g., Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Zapier, BigQuery) preferred.

Data & Reporting

  • Ability to build, QA, and maintain dashboards and ad hoc performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of key paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, Reach, Engagement).
  • Experience resolving discrepancies between platforms and analytics systems.
  • Skilled in interpreting performance data and identifying anomalies or insights.

Process & Operations

  • Experience managing digital assets (uploading, tagging, organizing video content).
  • Knowledge of handling first-party data and audience list uploads with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ability to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, tech, and compliance teams.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, or matrix environments.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be a Graduate/Masters
  • Google Analytics Certification (GA4) or similar analytics credentials.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification or Google Ads Certification.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying for data validation.
  • Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data solutions.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) beyond operational exposure.
  • Prior experience in a global or multi-market marketing environment.
