Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and optimize social media platforms, websites, e-commerce operations, and email marketing.
• Develop and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare accurate reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Identify and integrate the latest industry trends and emerging technologies into marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for campaign planning and innovation.
• Oversee and execute digital contests, giveaways, and online promotions.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and media professionals to improve campaign reach and results.
• Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, providing strategic direction and performance feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum

  8 years of experience

   in digital marketing, with at least

  3 years in a managerial/team lead role

  .
• Strong experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, and social media marketing (SMM).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale marketing campaigns and teams.
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with
