Digital Marketing Manager Location: South Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work-from-Office only) Experience: 7 12 years in data-driven digital & performance marketing About the Organisation A high-growth agritech + prop-tech innovator is transforming sustainable land ownership. Using real-time farm-telemetry apps and GIS-powered land visualisation, it empowers urban investors to manage farmland remotely while restoring ecosystems. Role Summary Own the full-funnel paid-media engine search, social, display, video, affiliates, and programmaticto acquire and nurture prospects for managed farm plots and allied services, maximising ROAS and lowering CAC. Key Responsibilities Craft annual media plans, monthly targets, and channel budgets aligned to revenue goals. Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, and emerging platforms. Design segmentation strategies, lookalike audiences, and dynamic creatives that personalise messaging. Define and track KPIs (CPL, CPA, LTV, ROAS) via GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI dashboards. Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels; iterate rapidly to hit targets. Manage pixels, Tag Manager, and server-side tracking to maintain attribution accuracy. Integrate marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead nurturing. Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Design, and Sales teams; mentor junior marketers. Ensure campaigns meet dataprivacy, platform, and regulatory standards; present clear insights to leadership. Ideal Candidate Hands-on expertise managing multi-crore PPC & social budgets with demonstrable revenue impact. Proven success in B2C or high-consideration B2B sectorsreal estate, fintech, D2C, or SaaS preferred. Mastery of GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and a marketing-automation platform. Advanced analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL or Python a plus) and sharp creative judgement. Comfortable working exclusively on-site, collaborating face-to-face in a fast-moving environment. Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; Google / Meta / HubSpot certifications add value. Genuine passion for sustainability, climate tech, or agri-innovation.
