Job Summary

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency Coordination & Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all outsourced digital marketing agencies
  • Coordinate campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and budgets across agencies
  • Ensure agencies are aligned with business goals, brand guidelines, and marketing strategy
  • Review agency reports, validate performance metrics, and provide feedback

2. Performance / Paid Marketing Oversight

  • Oversee paid marketing activities including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
  • Guide agencies on campaign strategy, targeting, creatives, and budget allocation
  • Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversions, and lead quality
  • Identify opportunities for scaling, optimization, and cost efficiency

3. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop overall digital marketing strategy in collaboration with leadership
  • Plan monthly/quarterly digital marketing roadmaps
  • Ensure synergy between paid, organic, and brand-building initiatives

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.
  • Prepare consolidated performance reports for management
  • Use data insights to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams for campaign alignment
  • Ensure lead flow, quality, and conversion processes are optimized

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    Performance Marketing / Paid Ads

    (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience managing and coordinating

    external digital marketing agencies

  • Solid understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Technical & Tools Knowledge

  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • CRM and lead tracking systems (preferred)
  • Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Strategic thinking with execution focus
  • Ability to challenge agencies constructively and demand performance
