Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team to deliver high-quality

campaigns.

● Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple

channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Ads, Content, etc.).

● Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation to performance

analysis.

● Take ownership of the creative aspects of campaigns (visuals, copy, messaging)

in collaboration with the design/content team.

● Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for

maximum ROI.

● Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to

ensure continuous improvement.

● Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across campaigns.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Sales, Development)

to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar

role.

● Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Email

Marketing, and Analytics tools.

● A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, engaging campaign ideas.

● Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing a team.

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

● Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends, platforms, and

strategies.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹14,234.29 - ₹55,968.19 per month
