Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently handle and scale all online marketing efforts. You must have strong hands-on experience in SEO, e-commerce platforms, social media management, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in interior design, real estate, or architectural firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales
• Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads for both branding and performance
• Handle social media posting, growth, and engagement (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve ranking and traffic
• Oversee e-commerce listings, pricing, offers, and performance (if applicable)
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI
• Work closely with designers and sales team to align marketing with business goals
• Manage and update website content (preferably via WordPress or similar CMS)
• Work independently with ownership of results

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven digital marketing experience
• Deep understanding of paid ads (Google, Facebook), SEO, and social media strategy
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
• Ability to work independently without external agency support
• Experience in interior, real estate, or architectural domains is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
