Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience Required: 3+ years Industry Preference: Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently handle and scale all online marketing efforts. You must have strong hands-on experience in SEO, e-commerce platforms, social media management, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in interior design, real estate, or architectural firms. Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads for both branding and performance Handle social media posting, growth, and engagement (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve ranking and traffic Oversee e-commerce listings, pricing, offers, and performance (if applicable) Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI Work closely with designers and sales team to align marketing with business goals Manage and update website content (preferably via WordPress or similar CMS) Work independently with ownership of results Requirements 3+ years of proven digital marketing experience Deep understanding of paid ads (Google, Facebook), SEO, and social media strategy Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. Strong copywriting and creative direction skills Ability to work independently without external agency support Experience in interior, real estate, or architectural domains is a big plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Which industries have you worked in?
