Digital Marketing Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will have three primary responsibilities. These include identifying new sales leads and pitching products and/or services. You will also be responsible for maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. To achieve this, you will need to conduct research on organizations and individuals online, especially on social media, to identify new leads and potential markets. Additionally, you will research the needs of other companies and identify decision-makers for purchasing. Your role will also involve contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. You will be expected to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, attend conferences, meetings, and industry events, as well as prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays. Keeping clients informed about new developments in the company's products, developing quotes and proposals, and negotiating deals will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to develop sales goals for the team, ensure they are met, provide training to personnel, and help team members enhance their skills. To maintain healthy relationships with clients, you must possess social adeptness, be proficient with numbers, and have the ability to offer quality leadership to a large team of salespeople.
