Role Overview: As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at HashStudioz Technologies Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute all digital marketing strategies. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and drive growth. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating customer experiences and optimizing user funnels to achieve the desired results. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Design, build, and manage the company's social media presence to engage with the target audience effectively. - Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the data. - Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies to enhance the company's online visibility and reach. - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize user experience across multiple channels. - Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences and optimize user funnels for better conversion rates. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption where appropriate. - Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to enhance digital marketing efforts and achieve desired results. Qualifications Required: - Proven working experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Demonstrable experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals effectively. - Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging digital campaigns. - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates. - Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends. - Working knowledge of ad serving tools like DART and Atlas, along with experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development to understand and work within technical constraints. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making in digital marketing strategies. - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement techniques.
