Experience with common front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM is expected. You must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and have a penchant for benchmarking and optimization. As a MERN Stack Developer with 1-4 years of experience, you should be a good team player willing to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively. Strong listening and documentation skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, and familiarity with code versioning tools are important. In this role, your responsibilities will include developing user-facing features and back-end services using React.js and Node Js, designing highly responsive web-based interfaces, building reusable components, and translating designs into high-quality code. You will optimize components for performance across various devices, collaborate with different teams, and be involved in projects from conception to completion. Experience with coding, testing, and operating node.js based services is expected. The position requires 1-6 years of experience, and the salary is negotiable based on your qualifications.
