About us

SleepCrafters™ helps Indian working moms get their babies sleeping 10–12 hours overnight—gently and without “cry-it-out.” We scale via productized funnels, webinars, and community-led growth.

What you’ll own
  • Within your first 30 days:

     

    Set up and launch a complete webinar funnel

     (registration → reminders → live lead routing → T+0/T+1/T+2 follow-ups) 

    including email and WhatsApp automations

     (ActiveCampaign/MailerLite + Interakt/WhatsApp API).
  • Build & optimize 

    conversion funnels

     (lead magnet → webinar/VSL → booking → purchase → onboarding/upsell) on FlexiFunnels (or similar).
  • Implement 

    tracking & attribution

     (GA4, GTM, UTMs, Looker Studio).
  • Run 

    Meta & Google/YouTube ads

     end-to-end: structure, budgets, testing, scaling to target CAC/ROAS.
  • Shoot, edit, publish

     short-form content (reels/shorts/stories) with a weekly content calendar.
  • Partner with Sales on 

    speed-to-lead

    , CRM hygiene, and revenue handoffs.
  • Ship weekly 

    growth reports

     and run ongoing CRO/A/B tests across pages, copy, and pricing.
What success looks like (KPIs)
  • CPL & CAC within target; 

    payback ≤45 days

     on core offers.
  • Booking rate

     (lead→consult) ≥10–20%; 

    show-up

     ≥65–75%.
  • ROAS:

     Meta (warm) ≥2–3x; Google Search ≥3–4x (target-CPA aligned).
  • Email open ≥28–40%, CTR ≥3–6%; WhatsApp read ≥85%, booking CTR ≥8%.
  • ≥4 meaningful experiments/week

     with documented learnings.
What you bring
  • 4–7+ yrs hands-on 

    performance/growth

     (D2C/edtech/health/coaching/services).
  • Mastery of 

    Meta Ads

    Google Ads/YouTube

    GA4

  • Proven 

    funnel build + CRO

     (FlexiFunnels/Webflow/Elementor).
  • Strong 

    direct-response copy

     for Indian audiences; comfortable on camera; basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere).
  • Tools: Interakt/WhatsApp API, ActiveCampaign/MailerLite, Razorpay, n8n/Zapier, Canva/Figma, Typeform/Meta Lead Forms.
  • Fluent English + strong Hindi (regional language is a plus).
  • Willing to flex hours around

     Automations expanded (abandoned booking, onboarding, win-back); Meta TOF/MOF/BOF + YouTube remarketing scaled; hit channel-level CPL/CAC targets; 10–15 new hooks produced.
  • 90 DAYS:

     CRO roadmap delivering wins; steady warm ROAS 2–3x; monthly launch calendar locked; upsell & referral loops in motion.
