Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute result-driven lead generation and e-commerce sales funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for better ROI and lower CAC.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to produce ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign results, and conversion rates using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
• Create marketing strategies for product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage and report campaign budgets, KPIs, and ROAS to stakeholders weekly/monthly.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of retargeting, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
• Hands-on with analytics, pixel/event setup, conversion tracking.
• Strong copywriting and creative briefing ability for ad creatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Meta and/or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
