About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, team leadership, and digital strategy execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, managing campaigns across digital channels, and leading a team of digital marketing specialists. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement 360° digital marketing strategies across paid and organic platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Display, Programmatic, etc.)
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of campaigns.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns focused on ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Leverage analytics and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize results.
• Oversee social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand ahead in the market.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM/Automation tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a digital marketing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
