· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects.
· Plan and manage campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magic Bricks, Housing.com).
· Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
· Create and oversee engaging content — property videos, virtual tours, social posts, and landing pages.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
· Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), and conversion rates.
· Coordinate with creative and web development teams for ad creatives and website updates.
· Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve targeted lead generation goals.
· Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and latest marketing tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
