Leading and motivating a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. And also involve building client relationships, analyzing market trends, training agents, and overseeing all sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and company revenue goals.
Oversee all sales activities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiating deals to drive property sales.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales or relevant in other field, with a proven track record of meeting targets and leading a sales team.
Brief sales representatives on sales targets within a specific timeframe and guide them at every step in order to help them achieve those targets.
Leadership skills to manage teams.
Strong time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
