Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can independently design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads and brand growth. The candidate should have strong expertise in Facebook Ads, SEO, WordPress, and HubSpot automation. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Facebook Ads Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Manage ad budgets, A/B test creatives, and track ROI.
  • Monitor analytics and create detailed performance reports.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Implement On-page SEO (meta tags, schema, content optimization).
  • Drive Off-page SEO (backlink building, guest posting, link outreach).
  • Manage Technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing issues).

WordPress Website & Landing Pages

  • Manage and update existing WordPress website.
  • Create new conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers/developers if needed for advanced customization.

HubSpot Automation & Lead Management

  • Set up workflows, email automation, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Manage lead lifecycle stages and ensure smooth CRM operations.
  • Monitor lead sources and improve conversion funnel efficiency.

Team & Communication

  • Work closely with management to define digital marketing strategies.
  • Communicate campaign performance in fluent English.
  • Manage and guide a small marketing team (if required).

Requirements:

  • 1–6+ years of proven digital marketing experience.
  • Strong command over Facebook Ads, SEO, WordPress, and HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns for international clients.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Comfortable working during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/EDT hours.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & marketing automation beyond HubSpot.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
