We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Ads Specialist & Content Creator to manage paid campaigns and produce engaging content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Ads:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and ad creatives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visuals for campaigns.
• Write persuasive ad copies and captions aligned with client goals.
• Stay updated with social media trends, new formats, and content best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital ads management and content creation.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and basic graphic/video editing tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
