Lead the digital marketing strategy for the clinic across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Oversee content, paid ads, influencer marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and performance analytics
Plan and execute growth campaigns for services like hair transplants, lasers, facials, PRP, etc.
Manage ad budgets efficiently with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality
Work closely with creative, content, and clinical teams to develop high-converting creatives and storytelling
Local SEO, clinic reviews, maps optimization, WhatsApp funnels, and landing pages
Identify and collaborate with influencers, doctors, creators, and wellness partners
✅ Proven track record in digital marketing strategy and execution (min. 4 years)
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM/lead funnels
✅ Strong creative sense for visual aesthetics, ad storytelling, and short-form content
✅ Leadership ability to build and manage a small in-house or freelance marketing team
✅ Excellent command of performance metrics, CPC/CPA/ROAS, and creative testing
