Digital Marketing Head – AISHH Clinic Location: Delhi, India | 🕒 Full-Time / Hybrid Industry: Aesthetic Medicine | Dermatology | hair transplantation Experience: 4–8 years (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors) About AISHH Clinic AISHH Clinic is a new-age aesthetic and dermatology center specializing in hair, skin, and cosmetic treatments. We combine science-backed protocols with a patient-first approach to deliver transformative results. As we grow, we’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Head to scale our brand presence, patient acquisition, and revenue across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Lead the digital marketing strategy for the clinic across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) Oversee content, paid ads, influencer marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and performance analytics Plan and execute growth campaigns for services like hair transplants, lasers, facials, PRP, etc. Manage ad budgets efficiently with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality Work closely with creative, content, and clinical teams to develop high-converting creatives and storytelling Local SEO, clinic reviews, maps optimization, WhatsApp funnels, and landing pages Identify and collaborate with influencers, doctors, creators, and wellness partners Skills & Qualifications ✅ Proven track record in digital marketing strategy and execution (min. 4 years) ✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM/lead funnels ✅ Knowledge of healthcare, beauty, or service-based businesses is a strong plus ✅ Strong creative sense for visual aesthetics, ad storytelling, and short-form content ✅ Leadership ability to build and manage a small in-house or freelance marketing team ✅ Excellent command of performance metrics, CPC/CPA/ROAS, and creative testing What We Offer High-impact leadership role with full creative and strategic freedom Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Opportunity to build a strong personal and brand portfolio in a booming aesthetic segment Direct access to founders, doctors, and clinic teams for quick decision-making Freedom to experiment with influencer marketing, content shoots, and trend-driven reels How to Apply 📧 Share your resume + portfolio of campaigns/ads to aishhclinic@gmail.com 📲 DM us on LinkedIn or Instagram
