About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Sales / Business Manager to lead patient conversion, team performance, and clinic growth. This role combines sales leadership, operations, and business strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train counsellors & front desk for high-quality patient conversions
• Own revenue targets across skin, hair & aesthetic services
• Improve consultation-to-conversion ratios
• Track daily, weekly & monthly business metrics
• Coordinate with doctors & marketing teams
• Upsell ethically (packages, plans, follow-ups)

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience in clinic / hospital / healthcare sales
• Strong leadership & process mindset
• Experience handling ₹1–3 Cr+ monthly revenue (preferred)
• Excellent communication & decision-making skills
