Marketing Lead Professional - Online Lead Generation and AI Tools Specialist (ERP and POS Software) - GCC and Africa

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead Professional with expertise in online lead generation tools and AI-powered marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts and promoting our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and POS (Point of Sale) software solutions in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and Africa regions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness for our ERP and POS software solutions in the GCC and Africa markets.

Utilize various online lead generation tools and AI-powered marketing platforms to identify and engage potential customers effectively.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify key opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the audience in the GCC and African regions.

Create compelling marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content, to attract and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.

Utilize data analytics and AI tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Build and maintain customer databases and segment leads to ensure personalized and relevant communication.

Monitor and report on KPIs, providing regular updates to the marketing and sales teams.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in online lead generation and AI marketing tools to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our ERP and POS software solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role, with a focus on online lead generation and AI-powered marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of various online lead generation tools, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for marketing automation, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, with the ability to draw actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Understanding of ERP and POS software solutions is highly advantageous, particularly in the context of the GCC and African markets.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with potential customers.

Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and Arabic, is a plus due to the diverse cultural backgrounds in the GCC and Africa regions.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
