Key Responsibilities

• Paid Ads:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and improve ROI.

• Social Media Marketing:

• Create and schedule posts, reels, and captions.
• Track trends, competitors, and engagement metrics.
• Grow brand presence across platforms.

• Full-Stack Marketing Support:

• Assist with landing pages, funnels, and lead generation.
• Support email, WhatsApp, and CRM-based campaigns.
• Work on brand creatives and overall marketing strategy.

• Communication:

• Coordinate clearly with founders and internal teams.
• Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Completed Digital Marketing Course (mandatory).

• Hands-on experience running ads

  (even small-scale).
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, analytics & funnels.

• Excellent communication skills

  (English).
• Creativity + basic Canva skills are an added advantage.
• High ownership, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
