Marketing Lab is a performance marketing agency based in Kolkata, specializing in scaling D2C brands. From launching digital campaigns to building full-funnel growth strategies, we partner with some of the most exciting startups — including 20+ Shark Tank brands!

This isn't a typical internship but an internship program where in you learn through courses as well as "on the job" and mostly a chance to build a career and not just land a job.

Open Internship Roles:

• Business Development

  (2 openings): Help drive new business, explore leads, and support the growth of our client portfolio.

• HR Intern

  (1 opening): Support hiring, onboarding, and engagement while learning the ropes of people management.

• Copywriting

  (2 openings): Write creative ad copy, website content, and marketing material that drives conversions.

• Graphic Designing

  (2 openings): Design scroll-stopping visuals and ads that speak directly to our audience.

• Video Editing

  (2 opening): Bring ideas to life with high-impact video edits tailored for performance marketing.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 4 months
• Type: Full-time
• Stipend: ₹7,500/month
• Location: Work from Office – New Town, Kolkata
