🎯 Role: Startup Community & Podcast Intern

We are hiring interns who are passionate about startups, content creation, podcasting, and event management. This internship will give you deep exposure to India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🎙️ 1. Podcast Production & Guest Management

Assist in hosting and conducting founder-centric podcasts.

Coordinate with guests, speakers, panelists for shoots & sessions.

Handle pre-shoot planning, post-shoot coordination, and on-ground support.

Research guests, prepare background notes, and help shape conversation flow.

🎥 2. Camera & Equipment Handling

Manage basic camera setup, audio setup, lighting, and framing.

Work with our production team to ensure smooth shoot operations.

Help with behind-the-scenes workflow and content capture.

🚀 3. Event & Community Management

Help organize startup meetups, founder events, mixers, and panel discussions.

On-ground support for registrations, logistics, coordination, and flow management.

Interact with founders, creators, investors during events.

🏫 4. College Outreach & Partnerships

Reach out to colleges for guest lectures, fests, and collaborative events.

Build relationships with student bodies, E-cells, and campus communities.

Help plan and execute college-level startup activities.

5. Travel & On-Ground Execution

Be open to travelling with the team across Delhi-NCR and other Indian cities for shoots, events, and collaborations.

Support end-to-end execution during roadshows, interviews, campaigns, and meetups.

✨ What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in startups, content, podcasts, and community-building.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of camera handling (training will be provided).

Ability to handle on-ground execution and fast-paced environments.

A go-getter attitude — someone who is proactive, curious, and loves meeting new people.

Comfortable with travel (within and outside the city when required).
