Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising product listings on our e-commerce website and other online marketplaces. You will ensure that product information is accurate, engaging, and optimised for search visibility, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Management Create and upload new product listings with detailed descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. Update existing product listings to reflect changes in pricing, stock availability, and product details. SEO & Content Optimisation: Write compelling and keyword-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points. Research and implement relevant SEO strategies to improve product visibility. Image & Multimedia Management: Ensure that high-quality product images and videos are correctly uploaded and meet the platform's guidelines. Collaborate with the design team to enhance product visuals. Market & Competitor Research: Analyse competitor listings to identify trends and areas for improvement. Keep up with industry standards and best practices for product listing optimisation. Data Accuracy & Quality Control: Verify product details to ensure accuracy and consistency. Regularly audit product listings for errors and discrepancies. Platform & Inventory Management: Work with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Requirements: Experience: Less than 1 year in e-commerce product listing, catalogue management, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), product listing tools, and SEO best practices. Writing & Editing Skills: Good command of English for writing optimised product descriptions. Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, and images. Analytical Skills: Understanding of competitor analysis and performance tracking. Basic Design Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other image editing tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electronics, hardware, or technical product listings (if applicable). Knowledge of marketplace policies and listing guidelines. Basic knowledge of HTML for formatting product descriptions (optional).
