Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in areas like lead generation, Meta and google ads expert and SEO, and will demonstrate exceptional content creation and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation - Develop and implement strategies for generating high-quality leads.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize lead-generation campaigns to improve ROI.
• Video and graphic editing knowledge – Create contents for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop visually appealing and impactful videos.
• Content Creation - Develop high-quality content for digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to produce relevant and compelling content.
• Team Management- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, ensuring that goals and deadlines are met.
• SEO (On-page and Off-page) - Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to optimize web pages.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on new and existing pages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including lead generation, content creation, Meta and google ads expert and SEO.
• Strong proficiency in video and graphic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and content management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in SEO practices, both on-page and off-page.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
