Digital Marketing Faculty

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Faculty who enjoys teaching and mentoring startup founders, early-stage teams, and aspiring professionals. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on industry experience and can translate real-world practices into practical, easy-to-understand learning.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on how startups can build visibility, generate leads, and convert customers using digital and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom or online training on digital marketing and sales concepts
• Teach practical topics such as SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, content marketing, email marketing, CRM, lead generation, and sales funnels
• Guide startups on customer acquisition strategies and growth planning
• Create and update course material based on current industry trends
• Conduct workshops, case studies, and live project sessions
• Mentor learners and provide feedback on assignments and startup ideas
• Stay updated with the latest digital tools, platforms, and sales techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and sales fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM tools, or similar platforms
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred
• Experience working with startups or early-stage businesses is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
