Role Overview

Digital Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across social media, SEO/SEM, and content platforms.
• Develop and manage performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads and brand engagement.
• Create, manage, and optimize marketing automation and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the product and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and user engagement.
• Track KPIs, analytics, and ROI across campaigns and recommend growth strategies.
• Plan and execute digital launch campaigns for upcoming products and events.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in food, wellness, or D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of paid and organic growth channels.
• Experience in managing content creation, influencer marketing, and digital partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics tools.
• Creative, strategic, and passionate about startup growth journeys.
  

Equity Setup & Commitment

• 3–4 rounds of discussion to define ownership and contribution areas.
• 1-month NDA-based cohort to align on deliverables and working style.
• Cofounder Agreement post successful cohort completion.
• Equity is formally allotted post-funding and Pvt. Ltd. registration with a 5-year vesting period.
• Compensation begins only after funding; building a 25+ member founding team purely on equity.
