Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Mohali Punjab Experience Required: 4 to 6 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for on-page and off-page optimization. Manage the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and website to attract and convert target audiences. Run and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Analyze trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development) to create landing pages and improve user experience. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid marketing platforms. Experience with content marketing and social media strategy. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent communication and analytical skills.
