Job Description

Role Overview: You are a results-oriented Marketing Automation & Digital Marketing Expert with 8-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS. Your main responsibility will be to lead demand generation and automation initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and your strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey. You will build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across various platforms while aligning marketing automation with CRM systems for smooth lead management and conversion workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, email, and web - Align marketing automation with CRM systems like Salesforce for lead management and conversion workflows - Manage lifecycle campaigns, improve funnel velocity, implement lead scoring models, and build a high-performing demand engine - Lead data-driven optimization efforts through regular analysis of key metrics like CPL, CTR, CAC, and ROI - Manage website performance, run A/B tests, and improve landing page experience - Develop reporting frameworks and help marketing and sales teams align through shared KPIs and insights - Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and RevOps for cohesive go-to-market execution Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience in digital marketing, with core expertise in marketing automation - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua - Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and buyer journeys - Strong command of Salesforce or other CRMs and marketing automation integrations - Proven success in managing SEO, SEM, and performance marketing campaigns - Proficiency in analytics platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM/Salesforce dashboards - Demonstrated ability to manage lead scoring, nurturing, and full-funnel reporting - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Additional Details: A background in B2B SaaS, along with certifications in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Ads, is preferred. Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), CDPs, or personalization tools will be considered a strong advantage.
