EducationToday is a leading educational media and publishing company, creating high-quality content for schools, educators, and the education community across India and the UAE. Our work includes magazine publishing, social media content, educational interviews, podcasts, and promotional videos. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our growth journey! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and SEO channels.
• Create and manage social media campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign performance metrics to measure ROI.
• Coordinate with the content and design team for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives.
• Execute email marketing campaigns for nurturing leads and building customer relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (EdTech experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving lead generation and sales targets through digital campaigns.
