We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.

Handle SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and digital ads.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-quality creatives.

Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve performance targets.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Creative thinker with attention to detail.
