We are currently looking for a dedicated and meticulous HR Executive to join our team in Indore. As an HR Executive, your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-notch talent to drive business growth, while also managing various HR operations such as employee engagement, documentation, and more. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. You will be tasked with developing and executing effective hiring strategies to attract exceptional talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and building a robust talent pipeline. Utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and networking will be essential in sourcing potential candidates. Additionally, you will conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds with relevant departments, handle offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining formalities, and maintain recruitment databases and reports. In terms of HR operations, you will assist in employee onboarding, induction, and engagement initiatives, maintain HR records, employee documentation, and compliance-related paperwork, address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes, support performance management and appraisal procedures, and assist in HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and employees, and the ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with the added benefit of Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The role requires in-person work in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A Bachelor's degree is required, fluency in English is essential, and the work location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
