Must have experience in lead generation of project in the IT industry (WordPress, Dot Net, Java, PHP, React)

1 year experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads having a higher budget.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Experience working with demand generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales

Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage targeted pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook ads).

A/B tests different ad copy, landing pages, and targeting options to improve conversion rates.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure they are spent effectively.

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and close sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.

Manage budget allocation, bid strategy, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Identifying, targeting, and nurturing potential outbound opportunities

Provide regular pipeline forecasts to the marketing team, management, and sales leadership as required

Understand the strategic direction set by the marketing team and senior management

Maintain data and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Research, list, and identify pain points, requirements, and areas of interest of our key clients

Analyze key trends of the sales region/territory and improve on follow-up and lead nurturing processes.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
