Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, your role will involve planning and executing online campaigns, generating leads through digital channels, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve success. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like social media, Google Ads, and email marketing. - Manage the company's presence on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to enhance brand awareness and engagement. - Create and curate content for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages. - Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, and website analytics to enhance visibility and drive traffic. - Track and report campaign performance metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and ROI to make data-driven improvements. In addition to digital marketing responsibilities, you will also be involved in Sales & Business Development by generating qualified leads through digital campaigns and converting them into opportunities. You will also manage bookings on various platforms like Makemytrip, bookings.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales. - Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and HubSpot. - Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and design. - Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven approach.
