Job Description : Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive

Location

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  digital marketing strategies

  to promote gypsum products across online platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on

  social media channels

  (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, create, and post

  content (graphics, reels, blogs, case studies, product videos)

  tailored to the construction/building materials industry.
• Run

  paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Optimize

  SEO & SEM

  to increase website visibility and traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and with the sales team for lead nurturing.
• Research

  market trends, competitors, and customer insights

  to build effective campaigns.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp business promotions.
• Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

  .
• 24 years of experience in

  digital/social media marketing

  (preferably in construction, building materials, or manufacturing industry).
• Strong knowledge of

  SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing

  .
• Proficiency in tools like

  Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic editing platforms

  .
• Good understanding of

  content marketing and brand positioning

  .
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Tamil preferred).
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
