Job Role Overview A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and generate quality leads/sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, etc.). Work with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall business goals. Social Media Management Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ads to increase reach and followers. Monitor insights and analytics to improve engagement. SEO & Website Optimization Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Ensure website ranking and traffic growth through SEO best practices. Paid Campaigns (PPC/Ads) Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Monitor ROI and optimize ad performance. Track cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA). Content Marketing Coordinate with designers/writers for blogs, infographics, and creatives. Plan and execute content calendars. Repurpose content across multiple channels. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Build and manage email campaigns and WhatsApp automation. Grow and segment subscriber lists. Measure open rates, CTR, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, sales). Suggest improvements based on data insights. Collaboration & Coordination Work with designers, content creators, and sales teams. Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when required. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Ads. Hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Good communication, copywriting, and creative thinking. Analyse & work for incriment of social media chanales fallowers Prehence to increase the visibility of fallowers in social media platform  Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or coordination with creative teams. Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze results.
